**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support business requirements elicitation together with user areas;
* Perform process mapping and documentation, identifying improvement opportunities;
* Analyze requests considering system context and impacted areas;
* Assist in translating business requirements into structured language for technology;
* Serve as a communication liaison between academic areas and development teams;
* Participate in planning and delivery tracking ceremonies with product teams;
* Support demand prioritization with stakeholders;
* Contribute to organizing and tracing deliveries and requirements;
* Support development and testing teams in requirement validation;
* Conduct process analyses of moderate complexity, proposing improvements;
* Collaborate on institutional strategic initiatives and projects.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What you must have:**
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Analytical ability to understand and structure business needs;
* Experience in process mapping and modeling;
* Knowledge of software development lifecycle;
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively;
* Systemic vision and results orientation;
* Proactivity and interest in continuous learning.
**Nice-to-have knowledge:**
* Experience in educational institutions or academic contexts;
* Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
* Familiarity with Design Thinking;
* Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi);
* Experience with process management/automation tools (e.g., Pipefy);
* Familiarity with Lean / continuous improvement.
