We are looking for a **Senior Payroll Analyst** to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory contributions, and onboarding/offboarding for SourceHub and the ScanSource group, ensuring full compliance with Brazilian labor legislation. The role will be responsible for identifying inconsistencies, performing monthly payroll closures, and supporting internal departments and employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate with peers/partners to ensure timely and accurate inclusion of payroll-impacting data — such as timekeeping records, new hire registrations, benefits, and employee movements; * Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations governing payroll information applicable to all employees across Brazil; * Calculate, post required payments and deductions, and review advance and monthly closing payroll reports against the current checklist; * Submit all payroll-related payments — including salaries, vacation payouts, severance settlements, statutory contributions (DCTFWeb), and others — to the bank and Finance team upon proper approvals, ensuring legal deadlines are met; * Guarantee timely submission of payroll data to e\-Social; * Submit and ensure monthly payroll reporting to Accounting; * Monitor, review, communicate, and ensure implementation of all Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and union agreements; * Manage payroll-deducted consigned loans and related payroll deductions; * Respond to and support audit requests with all required information; * Submit Labor Lawsuit (RT) information via e\-Social. **Requirements and Qualifications** * 2–4 years of experience in payroll; * Knowledge of payroll systems (Senior system preferred); * Familiarity with statutory contribution payment systems: E\-CAC, FGTS Digital, etc.; * Advanced knowledge of: e\-Social, DCTFWeb, Payroll Systems, and Labor Legislation (intermediate level); * Intermediate Excel; * Basic Power BI. **Additional Information** * Competitive market-aligned salary; * Meal allowance and/or food voucher (BRL 40.00 per day); * Transportation allowance or free parking; * AMIL Health Insurance Plan; * AMIL Dental Insurance Plan; * Hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote); * Must reside in Curitiba/PR or its metropolitan region; * Performance-Based Incentive Program aligned with goal achievement; * Birthday Day Off; * Life insurance.
