The Shipping Assistant plays a fundamental role in the movement of goods and ensures that products reach our customers with quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles. * Assist in order picking according to shipping manifests. * Organize and palletize goods in warehouses and cold rooms. * Inspect packaging integrity and product expiration dates. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, adhering to safety and hygiene standards (GMP). **Working Hours:** * Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (days off on Fridays and Saturdays). * Shift: from **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing high school education. * Full availability to work night/midnight shifts. * Availability to work in refrigerated environments (cold room). * Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks. * Proactive, punctual profile with ability to work effectively in a team. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed salary commensurate with the position. * Night shift allowance. * Meal voucher worth R$ 40.00 per working day. * Transportation voucher (TV). * Health and dental insurance plans. * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PRP). * Christmas basket and birthday gift.
