Job Summary: Cooks needed to handle daily food production, dish plating, team management, quality control, and maintaining sector cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to lead a kitchen team 2. Focus on food safety and time management Cooks Responsibilities: Perform daily production activities Plate dishes (production according to order tickets) Place ingredient orders with our purchasing department Supervise the kitchen team Conduct food quality control (expiration dates, cuts, dish presentation) Prepare staff meals Clean the kitchen area Clean kitchen equipment Remove trash at the end of each shift Requirements: Experience leading a kitchen team; technical skills (proficiency in culinary techniques, knife skills, and equipment operation); knowledge of food safety (hygiene, food handling); and behavioral competencies (physical stamina, teamwork, organization, time management, creativity, resilience, and ability to work under pressure). Work Hours: 9:00 \- 17:20 15:00 – 23:00 14:00 – 22:00 * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off 1 Sunday per month plus weekly day off Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 Benefits: Performance-based bonus * On-site meals * Weekly transportation allowance paid in cash * Meal allowance of R$ 145.00 after confirmation Work Location: R.
