




Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing menus, preparing and presenting dishes, managing supplies, ensuring preparation quality, and assisting in kitchen organization. Preparation of meals for events * Analyze the menu and guide assistants during pre-preparation. * Work on dish decoration and presentation. * Retrieve supplies from inventory according to service requisitions, always verifying their condition and expiration dates. * Immediately inform the supervisor about any missing supply required for menu preparation. * Perform sanitation and preparation of salads when necessary. * Taste preparations to ensure quality. * Assist in cleaning and organizing utensils and work areas. * Remove and store products from freezers whenever necessary. * Prepare meals for events as required.
