If you identify with the requirements and responsibilities described above, apply now and join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform physicochemical analyses and evaluate results to control the coagulation system. * Comply with company guidelines regarding internal standards, quality and environmental audits in the paint coagulation and material storage areas. * Organize and maintain cleanliness of containment basins in the material dosing area, centrifuges, storage, and sludge removal zones. * Continuously monitor and inspect the visual and physical appearance of sludge generated in the flow jet, checking for presence of solid or solidified materials. * Monitor and record chemical material consumption used in paint coagulation on control logs and checklists. * Manage inventory of products used in the paint coagulation area (ESKA). * Perform the “Jar Test” procedure per technical specifications. * Monitor process tank levels according to defined parameters, ensuring uninterrupted water circulation through spray booths, preventing overflows or line stoppages due to level failures. * Start up and operate centrifuges responsible for removing paint sludge. * Complete daily reports and general sector checklists, ensuring full operational traceability. * Prepare products designated for dosing into the coagulation system. * Provide labor support for system start-up, draining, and shutdown, ensuring no adverse impact on processes or facilities—including early production starts before weekends or holidays, or **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Education in Chemistry; Driver’s License (Category B) for forklift operation; NR11 (Forklift) training preferred; Knowledge of inventory and logistics preferred; Basic Microsoft Office skills; Willingness to work overtime; Desire to learn, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
