RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare cleaning solutions for equipment; receive, store, and prepare samples; perform physicochemical and microbiological tests on milk; record test results; initialize and verify equipment; check batches and authorize disposal. . WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM .
