Job Summary: The Concierge supervises the condominium's daily operational routine, ensuring smooth functioning, service execution, and supporting the condominium administrator in daily management, as well as performing cleaning and sanitation of facilities. Supporting the condominium administrator in management and administrative tasks ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Concierge role involves supervising the condominium's daily operational routine, ensuring proper functioning of common areas, execution of cleaning, maintenance, and security services, as well as supporting the condominium administrator in day-to-day management. It includes cleaning and sanitizing all building installations and client furnishings using chemical products, brooms, cloths, and other cleaning tools. The Concierge must also collect and properly dispose of waste generated by the client within their work environment.
