Senior Process Analyst (Designer)

Our purpose is to create new smiles every day, guided by a cultural journey and a Protagonist & Learner mindset that transforms our employees into a high-performance team. **Opportunity to work at the CIC.** **What can you expect from your day with us?** * Prepare documents relevant to tracking new developments of products or processes; * Support production areas through development of tools, devices, machines, and methods; * Train employees on activities and documents within their scope of responsibility; * Register development-related items in the Management System, issue Production Orders, monitor production, and analyze products; * Develop manufacturing flows and processes for new product development / modifications; * Lead improvement projects, equipment acquisitions, validations, process changes, and other changes in production areas; * Lead process risk management for which you are responsible; * Prepare, review, and control risk management documentation according to applicable procedures and standards; * Control the schedule for process risk management; * Control, document, and review scope changes occurring during process risk management activities; * Analyze risks and impacts related to process changes; * Support Engineering teams to best achieve process risk management objectives. **What qualifications or knowledge do you need?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, in one of the following areas: Mechanical, Electrical, Electrotechnical, Chemical, Production, Materials, or similar; * Prior experience with processes and projects; * Intermediate English proficiency (mandatory); * Proficiency in CAD modeling – SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor; * Mechanical drawing; * Desired: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Metrology. **What will you find here?** * Meal allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Nationwide health insurance plan, extendable to dependents; * Dental insurance plan; * WellHub (Gympass); * Transportation allowance or parking subsidy; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Internal development programs; * Discounts on our product lines; * Growth opportunities.
