Job Summary: Kitchen professional responsible for cleaning, organizing, preparing, and handling food, as well as assisting with various culinary tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Support in diverse culinary tasks * Clean kitchen utensils, countertops, ovens, and stoves * Wash fruits, vegetables, and other foods * Cut food items * Grind grains * Organize the kitchen * Weigh food items * Sort food according to instructions from the chef or cook * Clean and cut fish and meat * Organize food in freezers, refrigerators, and pantries * Prepare side dishes according to orders from the chef or cook * Label food with date before storage * Clean meal production areas * Wash dishes and cutlery In addition to these tasks, you may perform any other duties requested by the head chef or cook — for example, preparing soup or other simple dishes such as rice, salads, etc. Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, from 07:30 to 17:18 Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: starting from R$1.850,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
