Our purpose is to simplify complex processes to facilitate companies’ day-to-day operations, delivering predictability, control, security, and efficiency in resource management. **About the Role** We are looking for a Process and Continuous Improvement Analyst (Lean Office) to lead the structuring, optimization, and institutionalization of ARTTA’s process management. This professional will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, promoting waste reduction, supporting automation initiatives, and strengthening a continuous improvement culture using methodologies such as Lean, BPM, and data-driven management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, document, and standardize critical processes (AS\-IS / TO\-BE); * Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen); * Structure the Business Process Management (BPM) model; * Serve as an internal consultant to departments; * Identify bottlenecks, risks, and operational inefficiencies; * Lead process optimization and automation projects (RPA / systems); * Develop efficiency, productivity, and quality KPIs; * Support governance and compliance management; * Promote a culture of operational excellence; * Train teams on process best practices. **What We Seek in This Professional** * Degree in Administration, Engineering, Process Management, IT, or related fields; * Proven experience in process mapping and modeling, Lean Office, BPM, and continuous improvement; * Familiarity with tools such as Bizagi, Visio, Miro, Signavio, or similar; * Systems thinking and end\-to\-end perspective; * Analytical profile, data-oriented and results-driven; * Clear communication skills with both technical and business areas; * Autonomy, initiative, and owner mindset; * Ability to influence without formal authority. Experience in regulated financial environments (including fintechs, banks, and SCD/SCFI), knowledge of Power BI and Excel, certifications in Lean, Six Sigma and/or BPM, and participation in corporate and/or digital transformation projects will be considered advantageous.
