Job Summary: We are seeking a resilient Senior PMO Analyst to provide strategic project management for an Industrial Digital Transformation initiative focused on MES and OT/IT integration. Key Highlights: 1. Work on a critical Industrial Digital Transformation project focused on MES. 2. Lead governance of MES implementation and industrial automation. 3. Promote integration between OT (Operations) and IT (Information Technology). **What We Are Looking For?** We seek a **Senior PMO Analyst**, resilient and highly capable of strategic management, to work on a critical Industrial Digital Transformation project. The professional will serve as the central governance point for a "Mini Factory" initiative for injection molding machines, focused on MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation and refinement, and technological integration between the shop floor and the corporate ecosystem. Experience in OT (Operational Technology) and IT convergence, including understanding nuances of machinery control, process automation (e.g., label printing and traceability), and integration with SAP. If you are passionate about Industry 4.0 and possess a 360-degree view of complex projects, this role is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** Manage the full project lifecycle (scope, schedule, cost, and risk) with focus on injection molding machine automation. Lead governance of MES implementation for machine control, real-time data collection, and labeling/tagging automation. Ensure technical and functional alignment between Operations (OT) and Information Technology (IT). Monitor data integrations between the shop floor (MES) and ERP (SAP), ensuring data integrity. Facilitate communication among global and local stakeholders, reporting status, productivity KPIs, and bottleneck mitigation. Manage technology vendors and partners involved in assembling and configuring the mini factory. Establish continuous improvement processes to optimize injection molding machine performance via systemic data. **Requirements:** Proven solid experience as a PMO professional in technology projects targeting the industrial/manufacturing sector. In-depth knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and its application in production control. Hands-on experience in OT (Operational Technology) and industrial automation environments. Proficiency in the SAP ecosystem. Experience in hardware (injection molding machines, industrial printers) and software integration projects. Mastery of project management methodologies (PMBOK and/or Agile methodologies). Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Specific technical knowledge of plastic/material injection processes. Prior experience in IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) projects.
