**Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Objective**
Analyze and handle sales support requests — especially those of medium and high complexity — ensuring excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
The professional will be responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement, proposing preventive actions, and directly contributing to departmental and **Order to Cash** workflow results, with a direct impact on the company’s receivables timing.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Analyze and resolve after-sales service tickets, ensuring accurate and timely resolution;
* Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems to generate management information supporting decision-making;
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose preventive actions to avoid problem recurrence;
* Act with urgency and critical thinking, interfacing with various departments involved in the processes;
* Contribute to optimizing workflows and processes under responsibility, ensuring compliance with internal standards;
* Support performance indicator management for the area, contributing to achieving established targets;
* Ensure agile, high-quality customer service, prioritizing satisfaction and response efficiency;
* Support root cause analysis of issues, contributing to structural process improvements;
* Perform other related duties as required by the area.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* **Required Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
**Requirements:**
* Intermediate-level Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Logical reasoning and analytical capability;
* Familiarity with CRM and SAP systems.
