




Job Summary: This internship involves client communication, document submission, activity scheduling, and information management in systems. Key Highlights: 1. Contacting building managers and property administrators for access authorization 2. Sending documentation and scheduling activities 3. Registering and analyzing data in systems Employment Type Internship City Curitiba, PR, Brazil Notes (for Candidates) Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration or related fields. 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday **Responsibilities:** Contact building managers, condominium syndics, and property administrators via phone and email to obtain authorization and clearance for carrying out activities; Send documentation (contracts, authorization forms, project plans, declarations, and inspection reports) via email; Schedule activities, negotiate contracts and partnerships through coordination between legal and property management departments; Register information and data in systems, and analyze and control documents.
