Controller Analyst I Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits related to labor and payroll matters; Perform analysis and validation of payroll calculations, labor charges, and ancillary obligations; Monitor and review processes related to benefit administration (meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, health plans, etc.); Ensure compliance with current labor legislation; Support the preparation of financial reports and KPIs for HR and controller departments; Perform controls and analyses using advanced Excel spreadsheets. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in labor/payroll auditing or payroll calculations; Knowledge of corporate benefits and labor legislation; Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.); Experience with HR management systems (e.g., Senior, TOTVS) is desirable; Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. Desirable: Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Experience in large enterprises or third-party service providers is a plus.
