Job Summary: Professional to manage operational activities, coordinating pickups, deliveries, loading, unloading, and the team, with a focus on process efficiency and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of quality and cost indicators **We are seeking professionals to join our team and perform the following responsibilities:** * Oversee operational area: pickups and deliveries, loading and unloading, delivery scheduling, loading of intercity and interstate vehicles, control of loading spreadsheets, request of necessary vehicles — always aiming for optimal resource utilization and administration of personnel in this department. * Verify loading and unloading of pickup trucks and trailers. * Coordinate cleaning of the shipping area, warehouse, and yard. * Manage efficiency reports; * Be accountable for departmental quality indicators; * Monitor preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance schedules; * Monitor third-party and reconsignment payment closures; * Monitor operational costs, requesting issuance of supplementary freight charges when necessary; * Be responsible for operational processes during audits; * Coordinate team members and conduct team performance evaluations, identifying development needs; * Motivate and support the work team, as well as manage conflicts and resistance to change; * Apply appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary; * Comply with and enforce internal company policies and safety regulations. * Attend hearings whenever requested; * Develop and deliver training for the team; **We seek professionals who have:** * Experience in the role * Undergraduate studies in progress * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience in logistics or transportation companies is considered an advantage Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.235,91 - R$3.462,43 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
