Main Responsibilities: * Monitoring receipt of tax documents; * Organization and control of XML files and cancellations; * Recording and/or verification of tax entries (purchases and sales); * Recording and/or verification of NFS-e (services received and provided); * Preparation and submission of the Monthly Service Declaration, including cancellations and protocols; * Calculation of taxes (Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido); * Submission of ancillary obligations (GIA ST, EFD-Reinf); * Verification of tax payments at federal, state, and municipal levels; * Filling out and controlling tax records; * Filing or submitting zero-movement declarations to municipal authorities; * Pre-validation of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal). Required Knowledge: * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Basic knowledge of fiscal note recording (XML and NFS-e); * Basic knowledge of Simples Nacional calculation; * General understanding of tax documents. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in an accounting firm; * Familiarity with the **Domínio** system. Minimum Education: * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Accounting Sciences.
