We are hiring an **Occupational Safety Technician** to serve **as the sole responsible person for the department**, leading all prevention, control, and training activities within the metallurgical plant. We seek someone **rigorous, disciplined, firm in enforcing regulations**, and capable of guaranteeing a safe and organized workplace. **Responsibilities** * Be fully responsible for the entire Occupational Safety area. * Conduct ongoing training for the entire team. * Implement and enforce the proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs). * Monitor production routines and act proactively. * Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. * Prepare and update safety documents, reports, and procedures. * Ensure strict compliance with Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other applicable legislation. * Conduct training sessions **Requirements** * Completed technical education as an **Occupational Safety Technician**. * Experience in the **metallurgical industry** will be considered a strong advantage. * Rigorous, responsible, detail-oriented, and firm in inspection. * Ability to conduct training and guide teams. * Capacity to organize the department and make autonomous decisions. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention), SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention), and indicator management. * Experience operating in high-risk environments. **Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 3\.000,00 * **Meal allowance:** R$ 375,00 * **Transportation allowance or fuel allowance:** R$ 290,00 * **Dental plan** (after 3 months of employment). * **Work location:** Umbará – Curitiba/PR * **Expected start date:** January/2026 * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:50 AM to 5:50 PM\. * **Career development plan.** * **Safe, collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.** * **Ongoing training and capacity-building programs.** Employment type: Full-time Compensation: Starting from R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection questions: * Do you hold a completed technical qualification as an Occupational Safety Technician? * Do you have experience in the metallurgical industry? * Do you have experience with CIPA, SIPAT, indicator management, and training? * Have you worked in high-risk operational environments? * What is your salary expectation?
