The Taisho Network, a reference in Japanese cuisine, is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to work in the **delivery department**. In delivery, every detail matters: your care during food preparation directly impacts customer satisfaction when they receive their order at home. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Preparing ingredients (cutting, peeling, washing, and portioning food) to ensure fast and efficient production of delivery dishes and combos; * Assisting in dish preparation, following chefs’/cooks’ instructions and Taisho Network standards; * Supporting delivery order assembly and finalization, ensuring organization, attention to detail, and visual consistency; * Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the work area, utensils, equipment, and cold storage units; * Supporting the kitchen team with general tasks as required by delivery demand (especially during peak hours). What we’re looking for in you: * Previous kitchen experience (mandatory — does not need to be in Japanese cuisine, though it is a plus); * Commitment, responsibility, and agility to handle the pace of delivery operations; * Strong communication skills, respect, and ease working in a team; * Genuine interest in learning, developing, and building a career in gastronomy. Work Schedule – Rotating 6x1 Shift System * One day off per week and one Sunday off per month; * Monday through Sunday (one day off per week): 8:20 AM to 3:20 PM; * One additional shift mid-week, as operationally required; * Hours bank system.
