Job Summary: Senior Business and Process Analyst responsible for mapping and optimizing corporate processes, proposing improvements, and supporting IT governance and service management. Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and AI adoption. **Senior Business and Process Analyst** **Location:** Hybrid \- Curitiba/PR **Employment Model:** Cooperative **Department:** Administrative **About the Role \- Key Responsibilities:** * Map, design, and optimize the company's corporate and business process flows; * Understand Solo's business needs and propose improvements, controls, and automations; * Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), management reports, and action plans; * Monitor operational performance and ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements; * Support IT governance, audits, and maintenance of corporate certifications; * Promote a culture of governance, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance; * Serve as the liaison between commercial, technical, operational, management, and audit teams; * Develop strategies and processes aligned with business objectives; * Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and AI adoption to enhance operational efficiency; * Support initiatives related to information security, compliance, and service management. **Technical Requirements** * Proven experience in processes, IT governance, and service management; * Proficiency in process modeling and diagramming tools (BPMN, Visio, Bizagi, or similar); * Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, KPIs, and reporting; * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to processes and productivity; * Familiarity with IT frameworks and best practices (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001\); * Experience with KPIs, audits, risk management, and controls; * Strong analytical ability, strategic vision, and focus on continuous improvement; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across all hierarchical levels. **Preferred Education and Certifications** * Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate studies preferred in IT Governance, Data/AI, Project Management, or related fields;
