If you enjoy learning, believe in education as a transformative force, and wish to build a career within a collaborative, welcoming, and opportunity-rich environment, this is the place for you! **How You Will Contribute to Our Team:** Accompany and support students with specific educational needs during academic activities and daily routines; Foster a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment, encouraging student participation and autonomy; Assist teachers in adapting and implementing pedagogical strategies and activities; Apply pedagogical and behavioral strategies aligned with guidance from the pedagogical team; Provide support during meals, hygiene, organization, and well-being, when necessary; Record observations and monitor student progress, contributing to the pedagogical team; Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and families to support students’ holistic development; Participate in meetings, supervision sessions, and institutional training programs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect You to Know:** Currently enrolled in a Pedagogy program, preferably from the 3rd semester onward; Availability to work 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, either in the morning or afternoon shift; Demonstrated interest in inclusive education and child development; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork proficiency; A welcoming demeanor, sensitivity, and responsibility when supporting students; Willingness to learn and collaborate proactively with the pedagogical team. **Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):** * Prior experience in a school setting or in activities related to inclusive education; * Experience supporting students with specific educational needs; * Basic knowledge of child development and pedagogical mediation strategies; * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly and empathetically; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to manage diverse demands of the school routine; * Interest in participating in training programs and deepening expertise in the educational field. **Additional Information** **Why Work Here?
