If you enjoy learning, believe in education as a transformative agent, and wish to build a career within a collaborative, supportive, and opportunity-rich environment, this is the place for you! **How You Will Contribute to Our Team:** Accompany and support students with specific educational needs in their academic activities and daily routines; Promote a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment, encouraging student participation and autonomy; Assist teachers in adapting and implementing pedagogical strategies and activities; Apply pedagogical and behavioral strategies aligned with guidance from the pedagogical team; Provide support during meals, hygiene, organization, and well-being, when necessary; Record observations and monitor student progress, contributing to the pedagogical team; Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and families to foster students’ holistic development; Participate in meetings, supervision sessions, and training programs organized by the institution. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect You to Know:** Currently enrolled in a Pedagogy program, preferably from the 3rd semester onward; * Availability to work 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, either in the morning or afternoon shift; * Demonstrated interest in inclusive education and child development; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork aptitude; * A welcoming attitude, sensitivity, and responsibility in guiding students; willingness to learn and collaborate proactively with the pedagogical team. **It’s a Plus If You Have:** * Prior experience in a school setting or in activities related to inclusive education; * Experience supporting students with specific educational needs; * Basic knowledge of child development and pedagogical mediation strategies; * Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly and empathetically; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to manage diverse demands of the school routine; Interest in participating in training programs and deepening expertise in the educational field. * **Additional Information** **Why Work Here?
