Job Summary: Professional responsible for operating the plant's mineral processing system, ensuring proper operation of machinery and equipment, and complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Focus on safety and appreciation of people Prepare machinery, equipment, and materials for the plant's mineral processing operations. Monitor all activities in the mineral processing workflow according to established procedures and comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate the mineral processing system while strictly adhering to all procedures; * Analyze operational parameters. * Ensure cleanliness of scales, walkways, proper installation of conveyor belt guards, and moving parts; * Verify that all equipment—including feeders, grizzlies, hoists, scrapers, aligning rollers, and crushers—is fully functional. * Monitor flotation operational parameters, as well as feed particle size distribution and pH; * Understand, monitor, and adjust operational parameters in the mineral processing plant (Grinding, Crushing, Intensive Leaching, Carbon-in-Leach [CIL], Sampling). * Inspect mineral processing machinery and equipment. * Request maintenance for machinery and equipment. * Feed all mineral processing systems. * Control ore particle size. * Monitor production capacity. * Analyze production orders. * Control raw material inflow and outflow. * Clean machinery and equipment for maintenance purposes. * Adjust machinery and equipment when necessary; * Maintain machinery and equipment in safe operating condition; * Identify bottlenecks during production. * Clean walkways and platforms; * Provide support to other operational areas **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Experience and knowledge of Plant Mineral Processing—Grinding, Crushing, Intensive Leaching, Carbon-in-Leach (CIL), Sampling. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Driver's License Category B **Additional Information** * Meals provided at the company * Company transportation * Life insurance * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Meal allowance * Housing assistance * Christmas bonus basket * Daycare assistance * Occupational Risk Prevention Program (PRL) At P.A.
