Visit: https://www.glassdoor.com.br/Vis%C3%A3o\-geral/Trabalhar\-na\-Machado\-Meyer\-EI\_IE1636842\.13,26\.htm **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead AI projects using agile practices (sprints, refinement, ceremonies, and metrics), collaborating with business units, architecture, and security teams. * Translate business needs into backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, Definition of Done, and AI capability roadmaps. * Design, develop, and evolve AI solutions for automation, document classification and information extraction, intelligent assistants, and decision support—ensuring auditability and explainability. * Integrate AI solutions with corporate systems (ERP, CRM, BPM, ITSM, DMS/ECM, Data Lake/House), including pipelines, versioning, and MLOps. * Conduct functional, non-functional, and performance testing; assess risks, biases, compliance, and security. * Maintain up-to-date technical, operational, and user documentation, emphasizing traceability and governance. * Conduct PoCs and experiments, defining metrics (precision, recall, robustness) and success criteria. * Monitor and enhance production models, including tuning, incident handling, releases, and continuous improvement. * Support solution adoption through training, guides, FAQs, and clarification sessions. * Deliver artifacts such as vision and architecture documents, prioritized backlogs, acceptance criteria, test and performance reports, technical/user documentation, and implementation and change plans. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. * Advanced or fluent English (mandatory). * Proficiency in AI/ML (NLP, LLMs, entity classification and extraction) and application to corporate documents and processes. * Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, and governance. * Integration with corporate systems, APIs, connectors, automation tools, and vector databases. * Prompt engineering, output evaluation, and functional and non-functional testing. * Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), change management, and delivery pipelines. * Knowledge of information security, privacy, regulatory requirements, and traceability/auditability. * Ability to produce clear technical documentation aligned with corporate standards. * Experience in AI projects applied to business areas or data/document-intensive operations. * Clear communication, business orientation, and facilitation skills for meetings. * Analytical ability to translate business problems into AI solutions. * Multidisciplinary collaboration, product mindset, adaptability, and results focus. * Organization, autonomy, and priority management. **Additional Information** On-site presence required 2–3 times per week under a hybrid work model, at the Itaim Bibi location. * OAB Annual Fee (after 12 months) * Childcare Assistance * Gympass * Profit Sharing Plan (PPR) * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher We are trusted partners, committed to identifying the most appropriate legal solutions for each client’s needs.
