Your responsibilities for this position will include: * Monitoring the progress of services (workshop, cleaning, washing) to ensure availability for performing required maneuvers when requested; * Maneuvering vehicles; * Organizing and controlling vehicle entry and exit; * Paying attention to checklists and vehicle handover procedures; * Reporting all details that caused or intensified symptoms to the Workshop Manager and Service Consultant upon detecting abnormalities during driving; * Testing and verifying whether repairs performed have resolved the symptoms reported by the customer; * Completing and reviewing area control spreadsheets or forms.
