




Job Summary: Responsible for the physical and qualitative classification of corn, operating equipment and recording information to ensure quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety, quality, and environment Responsible for the physical and qualitative classification of corn through sampling, analysis, and operation of specialized equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Records information, supports operational control, and organizes the receiving flow while maintaining cleanliness and preservation of the environment and equipment. Complies with safety, quality, and environmental regulations, and may provide support to other operational activities as required by the harvest season and leadership guidance. * Perform physical and qualitative classification of received corn using established standard procedures; * Visually and quantitatively inspect and evaluate corn, identifying impurities, damage, and moisture content; * Operate grain measurement and classification equipment; * Record and report analysis results in computerized systems; * Report any irregularities to the supervisor or operational team; * Carry out corn unloading, ensuring product integrity and correct operational flow; * Assist in classification procedures, sample collection, and forwarding samples for analysis; * Collect corn samples according to technical guidance and internal procedures; * Support preliminary visual and quantitative inspection of received corn; * Assist in yard organization, including directing and positioning trucks as instructed; * Remove and place truck tarps when necessary; * Perform wheel chocking/truck stabilization to ensure safety during operations; * Support loading and unloading activities, including opening and closing hatches and spouts; * Clean and maintain operational areas, including tunnels, elevators, bins, yards, equipment, and other structures; * Assist in clearing blockages, cleaning, and performing basic maintenance on process equipment and structures; * Support identification and resolution of operational issues under guidance from responsible teams; * Collaborate with other operational areas whenever requested by leadership, based on operational needs; * Perform various operational support tasks of a similar nature, as required by the harvest season; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas before, during, and after activities; * Strictly comply with safety, health, and environmental protocols, correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Follow internal regulations, operational procedures, and supervision instructions; * Immediately report any irregularity, risk, or incident identified during the process; * Attend mandatory training sessions and apply internal safety, quality, and environmental guidelines; * Take care of company equipment, tools, and facilities; * Perform other related duties as operationally required and upon direction from immediate leadership
