Print daily security reports to ensure access to information in case of any operating system issues. Verify no-shows from the previous day to prevent inappropriate daily charge billing. Verify today's reservations, confirming whether the data recorded in the system matches the keys for accommodations allocated for guest handover. Separate daily wristbands to be delivered to guests to expedite the check-in process. Review reservations made to determine if any special arrangements need to be made prior to guest check-in. Receive guests at check-in, welcoming them, requesting completion of the registration form (FNRH), entering their personal details into the system, and conveying information regarding resort activities, consumption rules, and sales point operating hours. Assist guests during their stay by delivering messages and correspondence, arranging luggage, parcel, and package dispatch, and attending to their requests to ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay. Conduct daily verification of room charges in the system to confirm all necessary entries have been made, facilitating the check-out process. Perform guest check-out, verifying that posted amounts are correct and charging accordingly per company procedures. Close invoices related to group lodging by verifying accommodation charges in the system for forwarding to companies for payment. Review occurrences from previous shifts via the Log Book and CI (internal announcements) to stay updated on events from the last two shifts. Maintain a clean and organized lobby and reception area, conducting daily inspections of furniture placement and cleanliness conditions to uphold the company’s presentation standards. Cordially assist all individuals approaching the reception counter, aiming to clarify doubts and provide information in the best possible manner. Answer external and internal calls, routing them to the requested destination when necessary. Be responsible for closing the reception cash register, verifying all entries made and issuing the daily payment receipt report. Organize guest registration forms to facilitate consultation when needed.
