Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring, recording, and controlling access at the industrial unit, ensuring security, organized flow, and asset protection. Key Highlights: 1. Works with electronic control systems (cameras, turnstiles, biometrics) 2. Ensures compliance with security and asset protection regulations 3. Monitors and authorizes the entry and exit of people and vehicles Responsible for monitoring, recording, and controlling the entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and service providers at the industrial unit, ensuring compliance with security regulations, organized flow, and asset protection. Works with electronic control systems (cameras, turnstiles, biometric readers, and software), performs registrations, guides visitors, and maintains direct communication with the security team and other departments. * Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and service providers. * Verify documents, perform registrations, and issue temporary identification badges. * Control access via turnstiles, biometric readers, QR codes, or specific systems. * Ensure only authorized personnel enter internal areas. * Operate access control software and record movement logs. * Monitor surveillance cameras and report abnormal situations. * Handle equipment such as turnstiles, biometric devices, facial recognition systems, and card readers. * Guide visitors, service providers, and drivers on internal procedures. * Collaborate with the asset protection security team, facilities, and reception. * Report and record incidents, suspicious behavior, or emergencies. * Register the issuance and return of physical or electronic keys. * Monitor access permissions according to internal rules. * Ensure security and traceability of the key management system. * Adhere to standards of conduct, confidentiality, and professional demeanor. * Ensure compliance with security, gatehouse, and access policies. * Record incidents and maintain updated reports. * Perform verification, inspection, and seal control of trucks designated for transporting products manufactured by the company, executing records, releases, and logging in accordance with established internal procedures. * Control vehicle entry and exit in operational areas, verifying seal integrity, documentation, and compliance with loading and dispatch operations. * Perform tasks in areas containing flammable products, strictly observing safety procedures, internal regulations, and mandatory use of PPE. * When applicable, perform inspection and verification tasks at height, following safety requirements specified in NR\-35 and current operational procedures.
