




Description: * Attend to customers with cordiality and empathy in a pharmacy, identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions. * Register customers in the loyalty program and actively participate in retention efforts. * Organize shelves and inventory, following store layout and prioritizing promotional items or products nearing expiration. * Assist in order picking for online sales, telesales, and after\-sales service. * Check product expiration dates and integrity, contributing to inventory control. * Operate POS systems, issue fiscal receipts, and manage orders. * Participate in promotional campaigns and support achieving store targets. * Keep the store organized, clean, and compliant with sanitary and operational standards. * Support the pharmacist in internal processes and uphold the company's quality standards. Requirements: * High school diploma completed. * Experience in customer service at a pharmacy counter. * Knowledge of inventory, pricing, and pharmaceutical products. * Basic understanding of sanitary regulations (ANVISA and SOPs).
