Job Summary: This position involves assisting with inventory control, goods receipt, data entry into the system, participation in inventories, and administrative support within the department, ensuring safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in inventory control and management. 2. Participate in the receipt and inspection of goods. 3. Provide support in administrative tasks and continuous process improvement. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Assist in inventory control by performing periodic counts and inspections of stored products; * Participate in the goods receipt process, verifying invoices and checking product integrity; * Enter data into the inventory management system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information; * Participate in periodic inventories, assisting with counting and verification of stock items; * Provide administrative support in departmental activities, such as document filing and report preparation; * Collaborate with the logistics team on projects and initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement; * Follow safety regulations and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. **Requirements:** * Age range: 18 to 22 years old; * Completed high school or currently enrolled in the third year of high school; * Availability for morning and afternoon shifts. **Work Location:** Rural Area \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Productivity Bonus (R$1\.100,00\*per company guidelines), Transportation (Home/Workplace\-at no cost to the employee)
