Join us and become Fort, become Fortbras! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform wheel alignment on vehicles, ensuring correct vehicle geometry. * Inspect and adjust caster, camber, and toe to guarantee safety and steering performance. * Perform wheel balancing to increase tire longevity and driving comfort. * Check and regulate tire pressure according to technical specifications. * Diagnose faults in suspension and steering systems, identifying root causes and proposing appropriate solutions. * Carry out repairs and replacement of suspension and steering components, ensuring optimal system functionality. * Use alignment and balancing equipment and tools correctly, maintaining and preserving them properly. * Comply with company-established quality, safety, and deadline standards. * Provide technical customer support, advising on tire, suspension, and steering conditions when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in wheel alignment, balancing, and suspension/steering services. * Knowledge of vehicle geometry (caster, camber, toe). * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics (suspension and steering systems). * Proficiency in using specialized alignment and balancing equipment. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Technical training in Automotive Mechanics or related courses (e.g., SENAI) is desirable. * Driver’s license category B (for vehicle operation).
