




Job Summary: The Commercial Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a sales team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and identifying market opportunities, ensuring service quality and investment management. Focus on personal and professional growth with opportunities for challenges **About the Role** ---------------- Supervisor of the commercial team, responsible for maintaining relationships with our customers and partners of the Vyas Group Colíder. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage, motivate, and train the sales team; * Set goals and objectives for the sales team, considering the potential and possibilities of each department; * Monitor the team's sales trends to plan corrective actions; * Monitor sales representatives' routes; * Visit points of sale (PDVs) to verify service quality; * Ensure coverage of all establishments; * Perform Geste \& Management routines according to People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety, and other processes; * Manage the distributor's market investment (consignment, containers, tables, chairs, refrigeration); * Use sales tools to achieve and optimize performance results (sales volume, pricing, and returns); * Identify market opportunities and continuously monitor competitors' activities; * Track sales teams' goals and incentives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills; * Experience in process management and indicator analysis; * Experience in people management, communication skills, conflict resolution, and feedback delivery; * Willingness to travel; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Flexible working hours; **Additional Information** **Benefits include:** * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * CNH Amiga (for first-time licensing or license category upgrade). **Who We Are?** ***Our specialty is bridging distances*** — we bring one of the world’s largest beverage brands, Ambev, closer to you through our **distributorships**, **logistics partnerships**, and **franchised stores**.
