Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and mentoring Young Apprentices by delivering content, applying methodology and assessments, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative learning environment. Adapt teaching methodology to apprentices' needs **Description:** Technical or higher education qualification; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); Practical experience in industrial production processes is a plus; Experience as an instructor in training courses is a plus. Competencies Ability to guide and articulate theoretical knowledge clearly and objectively; Communication skills and openness to dialogue, encouraging collaboration and sharing of experiences; Capacity to foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment; Motivation to drive apprentices' professional, academic, and personal development; Organizational and time management skills. Accompany and develop Young Apprentices participating in the Evoluir Program; Deliver and monitor prescribed content for apprentices, and maintain attendance records, lessons completed, and other information required by the Ministry of Labor and Employment; Adapt and apply teaching methodology to apprentices' specific needs; Promote active student participation through learning activities and methodologies; Administer theoretical assessments to apprentices; Supervise practical classes alongside the teaching assistant. 2511030202241784519
