RECEIVING ASSISTANT

Description

Job Summary: Assists the receiving operator in various tasks, including report completion, information maintenance, soybean unloading and drying, maintenance management, as well as maintaining the information bulletin board and performing cleaning and thermometry routines. Engagement in quality and cleaning processes **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Defined during the interview. **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Assist the receiving operator in correctly completing receiving reports and forms, in accordance with departmental procedures, to ensure proper archiving of receiving information; * Assist the receiving operator in keeping all operational information updated both in the system and physically, by completing and signing forms, spreadsheets, and documents for potential reference; * Assist the receiving operator in unloading soybean transport vehicles, following established procedures, to ensure correct unloading; * Assist the receiving operator in the soybean drying process, according to procedure, for storage in silos or feeding the factory. * Assist the receiving operator in creating maintenance notes and requisitions using the SAP system, to request maintenance services and release required materials; * Keep the information bulletin board updated by posting new information and removing outdated information, to keep employees informed; * Perform cleaning routines according to frequencies established by the operational cleaning training; * Assist the receiving operator in assigning warehouse spouts to feed the buffer silo, respecting product FIFO; * Perform soybean thermometry on stored soybeans, according to procedure, to maintain soybean quality. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Proactive and good communication skills. **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, On-site Meal, Transportation, Meal Allowance
