Job Summary: Professional responsible for operationalizing and supervising photovoltaic power plants, ensuring asset performance as well as preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operationalize processes and supervise photovoltaic power plants. 2. Contribute to achieving performance targets and indicators. 3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities. **We are seeking an O&M Maintenance Technician for a company in the solar energy sector, providing specialized Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services for photovoltaic power plants in (Água Boa/MT)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Operationalize processes; * Supervise the power plant; * Contribute to achieving the plant's performance targets and indicators; * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, norms, and procedures, collaborating with the technical team; * Monitor the performance of inverters, trackers, substations, electrical relays, and other assets of PV power plants; * Manage plant resources (component consumption, services, working hour control, technical team allocation); * Perform module cleaning and washing, as well as vegetation mowing. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on company machinery, equipment, facilities, and structures, ensuring proper operation and preservation of environments.
