We are seeking an organized, proactive, and committed professional to perform activities including receiving, inspection, picking, packaging, material handling, and dispatch. The purpose of this role is to ensure the integrity of handled items, accurately meet internal demands, and strictly adhere to company safety procedures and regulations. **Job Purpose** Support receiving, inspection, inventory control, transshipment, picking, and dispatch of parts and materials, ensuring item integrity. Supply production lines and operate industrial vehicles—including forklifts, pallet jacks, overhead cranes, tractors, and scissor lifts—for transportation, loading, and unloading across various departments, always in compliance with company safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and verify parts, packaging, and materials from suppliers, customers, or destined for dispatch; cross-check purchase requisitions, invoices, checklists, and shipping authorizations to ensure correct quantity, quality, and integrity. * Inspect, label, and organize materials according to manifests—by code, roll, container, or pallet—and deliver them to designated departments, production lines, or warehouses. * Perform material transshipment by transferring items between properly identified containers or pallets while maintaining product integrity. * Inspect vehicles before and during loading, verifying conditions of goods scheduled for dispatch. * Organize cargo loads by interpreting packaging symbols and storing items per specifications. * Prepare and monitor cargo movements according to work orders, visually supervising loading and unloading operations. * Perform picking (item selection) and verification of materials per demand. * Package parts according to specific requirements, when necessary. * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization—including containers, pallets, and containers—as well as proper waste disposal, per internal standards. * Record entries, exits, and dwell times for unloading in computerized systems or TMS, per operational scheduling and control. * Operate industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, overhead cranes, tractors, scissor lifts, tradota, etc.), ensuring maintenance, cleaning, and preservation—including checking oil and fuel levels. * Conduct physical inventories by location using designated forms, per area of responsibility. **Requirements** * **Preferred Experience** Prior experience in companies within the logistics sector. **Technical Knowledge** **Mandatory:** * Forklift Operator Certification; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) – Category B. **Desirable:** * Overhead Crane Operator Certification; * Selective Forklift Operator Certification; * Pallet Jack Operator Certification; * Scissor Lift Operator Certification; * Tradota Operator Certification.
