Job Summary: A pizzeria is seeking a Production Assistant to support the preparation, assembly, baking, and organization of pizzas and the workstation, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards. Monitor food expiration dates and storage, following hygiene standards The pizzeria is looking for a Production Assistant in Naviraí (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing dough and ingredients. Sort, cut, and organize supplies (cheeses, sauces, fillings). Help assemble pizzas. Support baking and removal of pizzas from the oven. Organize and sanitize utensils, equipment, and the workstation. Monitor food expiration dates and storage. Support ingredient replenishment during service. Maintain a clean and organized environment. Follow food hygiene and safety standards. Previous experience as a Production Operator, Production Assistant, Production Helper, or Assembler may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this role. High school diploma required.
