This position is for on-site work at the Colíder unit, providing advisory service in the beauty and fragrance department, assisting customers through personalized guidance, as well as organizing, restocking, and presenting products. The goal is to ensure an excellent customer experience and support the store team in daily operations. Work Schedule **Monday to Saturday:** 8:40 AM–12:00 PM and 2:00 PM–6:00 PM Total of 44 hours per week. Fixed day off on Sundays Initial Compensation Base salary according to category + Meal Allowance + Commissions + Incentive bonuses as per Rede de Farmácias Economizar’s internal policy. Overtime pay in accordance with current legislation (minimum 50% additional pay per hour worked; 100% additional pay on Sundays and holidays), when operationally required. Family Salary in accordance with legislation for employees with children under 14 years old. **✨ Job Mission:** Deliver an exceptional shopping experience through personalized service, technical expertise on beauty products, and efficient organization of the fragrance, cosmetics, dermocosmetics, and nutraceuticals sections.
