Control and analysis of fueling operations and documentation **JOB OPENING: FLEET MANAGER** We are hiring a professional to work in the fleet department, focusing on controlling, monitoring, and managing the company's vehicles. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:** Proven experience and **expertise in fleet management**. **Requirements:** * Proven experience with fleet management routines * Technical knowledge to identify needs for preventive and corrective maintenance * Experience with control and analysis of fueling operations * Proficiency and practical experience using fleet management systems * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency with administrative controls * Basic knowledge of Excel * Proactivity and responsibility **Main Responsibilities:** * Vehicle fleet control * Monitoring and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance * Requesting and comparing service and parts quotations * Control and analysis of fueling operations * Applying and verifying vehicle checklists * Initiating insurance claims when necessary * Registering and managing suppliers * Managing drivers and documentation * Managing fuel cards * Updating information in the fleet management system **Additional Information:** Work Location: SORRISO MT **Salary: To be negotiated** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
