**About the vacancy** The Product Technical Specialist will serve as the technical and consulting reference for solutions based on Industrial PCs, SBCs (Single Board Computers), peripherals, and embedded systems, supporting customers and the sales team from requirements analysis through to architecture definition and final solution specifications. The role entails interpreting datasheets, manuals, electrical and electronic schematics, and technical documentation, evaluating component compatibility, interfaces, hardware revisions, performance, and product lifecycle—ensuring proposals meet technical, operational, and cost-effectiveness requirements. This professional will also address technical inquiries from customers and partners during the commercial process, perform internal tests and validations when required, and act as the technical interface with international manufacturers for clarifications, adjustments, and engineering support. Additionally, they will maintain technical records, product structures, variants, and configurations in the ERP system; develop technical materials such as product datasheets, comparison charts, application guides, and presentations; and actively contribute to portfolio evolution, market analysis, and prioritization of new products for the Brazilian market. **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electroelectronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields. - Significant hands-on experience with industrial PC hardware—including assembly, testing, parameterization, and configuration (both hardware and software). - Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and communicating with manufacturers. - Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B), with availability for business travel and for operating company vehicles during professional activities. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in roles such as *Product Specialist*, *Hardware Technical Support*, or *Technical Pre-sales*. - Knowledge of BIOS, firmware, drivers, or hardware integrations; embedded Linux or Windows IoT. - Prior contact with international manufacturers. - Experience with *ERP* systems and technical product structuring. ***About the company:*** The hiring company specializes in technical support and engineering development services, aiming to facilitate digital transformation for traditional industries toward a sustainable planet.
