Responsibilities and Duties - Plan agricultural and livestock production through the Annual Master Plan, defining planting schedules, cultural practices, harvesting, pasture management, animal nutrition, livestock movement, and production targets. - Break down the Master Plan into monthly, weekly, and daily schedules, ensuring correct activity prioritization, definition of fields, lots, work fronts, and operational windows. * Monitor operational execution (planned vs. actual), tracking progress of operations, identifying deviations, and performing rapid reprogramming in response to climatic, technical, or operational changes. * Create, update, and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each operation, ensuring clear definition of execution methods, quality indicators, tolerance limits, and criteria for initiation, suspension, and completion. * Monitor and measure protocol deviations, recording operational non-conformities and analyzing their productive and financial impacts.
