Supervisor STI (Materials Intelligence) – RP 18236, Fiep System (Fiep, Sesi, Senai, and IEL) What are the challenges and key responsibilities? Ensure high-quality execution of service provision contracts and cooperation agreements (applied research projects for industry) within the Materials Intelligence area. Forecast and control resources required for the Institute’s activities to ensure service quality and achievement of targets through business performance monitoring, considering the competencies of the Materials Intelligence area and market demands. Monitor and ensure achievement of results and goals agreed upon with senior management, maintaining the financial sustainability of operations. Monitor and structure indicator data to be used in operational planning. Maintain appropriate project management processes focused on delivery quality and accurate accounting of resources utilized. Manage the ISI Electrochemistry Materials Intelligence team, including periodic feedback and competency monitoring, aiming to engage the team toward shared objectives and sustain a high-performance team. Define market strategies for the Institute’s Materials Intelligence area through objectives and targets, aiming for sustainable business development. **Oversee services in the portfolio of:** research, development, and innovation; metrological services; technology consulting; and specialized technical services related to the Materials Intelligence area. Promote coordination with the technical team for execution, monitoring, evaluation, and identification of opportunities for improvement in Research, Development, and Innovation processes. Develop, implement, and monitor the planning and budgeting process, as well as analysis of variables, scenarios, trends, and outcomes. Represent the organization before clients, suppliers, official bodies, business representation and development agencies, social support entities, and/or external forums related to the area of expertise. Technically, administratively, and financially manage the Materials Intelligence project portfolio. Work systematically in strategic processes to define methods and procedures, considering new activities and situations. Occasionally, provide guidance on procedures and solutions to technical issues within the area of expertise. Monitor negotiations regarding deadlines and conditions with interfacing departments, identifying points requiring attention, alerts, and potential problems. Monitor resource prospecting strategies, ensuring management and guidance of researchers during negotiations with potential clients, aiming to strengthen and foster closer ties between the Senai Network of Institutes of Technology and Innovation—focused on Paraná’s and Brazil’s industries. Ensure identification of potential opportunities and markets through mapping national funding sources and tracking market trends, aiming to consolidate and expand engagement with industrial sectors in Paraná and Brazil. Engage with the Senai Regional Department and funding agencies via formal communications and specific project management and monitoring platforms, aiming to secure project approvals, proper accountability, resource acquisition, and compliance with funding program agreements and rules. Define internal communication and marketing requirements related to technology and innovation businesses, planning and validating the creation of promotional materials for innovation calls, project case studies, service portfolios, and strategic events—aiming to ensure visibility, expansion, and growth of businesses. **Requirements:** **Interested?
