Focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction **Job Description:** The Senior PCP Analyst plays a strategic role in the company’s production planning and control management. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency, ensure on-time delivery, and maximize utilization of available resources. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Production Planning Development:** Develop short-, medium-, and long-term production plans, considering market demand, production capacity, inventory levels, and production lead times. * **Production Scheduling:** Schedule production activities according to established plans, ensuring efficient allocation of resources such as labor, machinery, and materials. * **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods, adjusting production plans as necessary to prevent overstocking or stockouts. * **Capacity Analysis:** Conduct production capacity analyses to identify bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and ensure production capacity aligns with demand. * **Engineering Change Management:** Coordinate the introduction of new products or engineering changes, assessing their impact on production processes and adjusting plans accordingly. * **Performance Control:** Monitor production performance against established standards, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to ensure achievement of production objectives. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve production planning and control processes, proposing and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * **Information Systems Management:** Utilize information systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to record and analyze production data, generate reports, and support decision-making. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, * Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in PCP or related areas. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with Protheus system. **Salary and Benefits:** * Negotiable * Meal voucher: BRL 32.00 per day. * Food allowance: BRL 554.00 per month. * Transportation voucher. * Profit-sharing program (PLR). * Discount at our pharmacy. * Health insurance plan. * Dental insurance plan.
