Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Update construction project deadlines** for all regions of Brazil in the MRV system, ensuring information accuracy and timeliness; * Conduct daily monitoring of construction schedules with responsible teams, identifying changes and updating data as needed; * Interface with engineers, construction managers, and other involved departments to collect and validate information; * Generate periodic reports on construction status and deadlines to support leadership decision-making; * Support standardization of deadline-update processes, suggesting improvements to optimize routines; * Assist in resolving inconsistencies or discrepancies in system data; * Maintain contact with regional teams to ensure efficient information flow and integration of data into the company’s marketplace. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience updating data in systems, preferably within civil construction, real estate, or related sectors; * Experience in administrative routines, deadline control, scheduling, or construction project monitoring is a plus; * Knowledge of construction management systems (ERP, CRM, or industry-specific platforms) is considered a plus; * Ability to handle large volumes of information and interact effectively with multiple stakeholders across different regions; * Experience with performance reports and KPIs is desirable; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel; * Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and possessing strong interpersonal communication skills. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Alelo Flex Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR) * Gympass * Allya Discount Platform * Life Insurance * MRV Employee Benefits More than homes, we aim to build answers.
