Required Profile for the Role: **Responsibilities** * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service * Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information about product features * Follow and achieve departmental sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually * "Go the extra mile" to increase sales * Keep your assigned areas fully stocked and presentable * Actively assist customers in-store * Manage merchandise returns * Build productive and trusting relationships with customers * Comply with inventory control procedures **Requirements** **Salesperson Skills** * Proven experience as a Retail Salesperson, Sales Representative, or similar role * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices * Availability to work flexible shifts * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws), Intermittent (freelance) Compensation: R$1.700,00 - R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Sales (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
