Direct customer service for examination delivery * Monitor delivery deadlines and verification of typed medical examination reports; * Perform and assist the team in typing reports by listening to audio recordings of examinations; * Perform report typing; * Analyze examination deliveries, verify signatures and availability of medical reports; * Deliver examinations to customers at the counter.
