**Do you believe your talent can build a better future?** Sicredi Grandes Rios MT/PA/AM, headquartered in Colíder – MT, is hiring to strengthen its People and Culture management team a **People and Culture Coordinator**, who will be responsible for leading a team of advisors, analysts, and assistants, and coordinating a center of excellence covering: * Talent Attraction and Acquisition, People Management Services (Payroll), Corporate Education, Climate and Culture, Performance Management, Compensation, Career and Organizational Design, Talent Management, Health, Safety and Quality of Life.
