Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising construction projects, leading teams and contractors to ensure project execution meets quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Technical management and assurance of compliance with standards Work within the Technical Department, providing technical leadership to the team; monitoring the implementation of project and construction execution plans; ensuring guidance, monitoring, and evaluation of the work performed by contractors or the construction team involved in the project; guaranteeing expertise and inspection of mandatory technical characteristics of engineering projects; providing technical support during conception, design, construction, and maintenance of engineering works/products, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. **Responsibilities and Duties** A professional responsible for supervising construction projects, providing technical leadership to teams and contractors to ensure projects are executed within established timeframes, budgets, and quality standards. Monitors physical and financial planning, inspects services, controls supplies, and evaluates the technical conditions of construction sites, ensuring compliance with engineering, safety, environmental, and occupational health standards. Performs technical management functions, including preparation of terms of reference, production of technical reports, monitoring of measurements, support in contract management, and definition of preventive and corrective actions. Inspects third-party companies, coordinates maintenance and service procurement, and participates in project conception and construction. Strictly adheres to internal regulations, corporate policies, and SSMA (Safety, Security, Medical, and Environmental) practices, maintaining confidentiality of information, discipline in 5S methodology, and safeguarding company assets. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and/or related fields; Relevant experience in the field is desirable; **Additional Information** PPR (Profit Sharing Program); Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; Meal Allowance; On-site Meals; Chartered Transportation; Welhub; Orienteme; Galena.
