Job Summary: Conduct chemical, physical, and bromatological analyses, perform support tasks, and ensure industrial process quality. Key Highlights: 1. Perform physicochemical and bromatological analyses of products and raw materials. 2. Organize materials, inspect equipment, and record analysis results. 3. Work in compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Perform analyses following instructions from the immediate supervisor, conducting chemical, physical, and bromatological analyses and executing support tasks according to required specifications. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform physicochemical and bromatological analyses of finished products, in-process products, water, and raw materials; Organize necessary materials and equipment for analyses, placing them on workbenches and performing cleaning procedures to ensure analysis quality and prevent analytical interference; Daily verification of characteristics indicated on solutions and glassware, checking expiration dates and content identification; Daily verification of measuring equipment using calibration standards and recording obtained values in spreadsheets; Record analysis results, documenting product data in spreadsheets and the computerized system; Inform the immediate supervisor of any anomalies detected, ensuring the establishment of an analysis history and contributing to industrial process quality; Clean and maintain the workplace, regularly performing aseptic procedures in accordance with laboratory requirements; Perform job duties while strictly adhering to all occupational safety, health, and environmental standards established by the organization, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and department activities; responsible for reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing risk to one's own health or that of fellow workers; Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; Safeguard company property under one's responsibility, promptly reporting any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical or Technologist Education **Additional Information** Benefits: Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance; Gympass; Transportation; Profit-sharing program (PPR); On-site meals.
