Job Summary: Lead operational teams, plan and control production routines, ensuring achievement of targets, quality standards, and continuous improvement of industrial processes. Key Highlights: 1. Promote continuous improvement and innovation in processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the tallow plant's operational teams, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and promoting technical and behavioral development of employees. * Plan, monitor, and control area production routines, ensuring achievement of targets, deadlines, and defined performance indicators. * Coordinate the production flow according to the plan established by PCP, ensuring appropriate balancing of resources, machinery, and labor. * Supervise the operation of machinery and equipment, coordinating actions with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance departments. * Monitor and analyze productivity, efficiency, losses, OEE, and quality indicators, proposing and tracking action plans for continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with product technical specifications, quality standards, and applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, occupational health and safety policies, quality, environmental standards, and legal requirements. * Promote continuous process improvement, encouraging innovation, standardization, and optimization of production resources. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of the area, equipment, and infrastructure under responsibility. * Conduct and support technical training focused on production processes, safety, quality, and operational best practices. * Ensure proper use of inputs, raw materials, equipment, and production resources within the area. * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulatory, and legal requirements. **Requirements** * Technical or higher education degree in Engineering, Production, Food Science, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial production processes, preferably in the food or tallow/FFO segment. * Knowledge of industrial processes and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Experience in people management and development of operational teams. * Experience in industrial cost control and efficient management of production resources.
